Temple is committed to is the creation of a community space where people can find balance in their lives.  We offer training, coaching, classes, events and workshops that are all underpinned by principles of self responsibility, self respect and respect for others, health in all its fullness and the balancing of the doing and being in life.  

Movement and meditation are both key aspects of the Temple experience.  We believe that when we find the right balance of working out the stress of life with the working in of our dreams that the place of flow and grace can be ever more present in our lives.
