Tuesdays + Thursdays 1:30 - 2:30pm
This small group course is an introduction to the safe and correct use of Kettlebells. The course is broken up into 4 sessions over 2 weeks with a different movement focus for each session. You will learn how to efficiently use your body to squat, bend, press and lunge with Kettlebells as well as the proper core stabilization cues to ensure the safety of your spine and joints. This class is a pre-requisite for Advanced Kettlebell Training.
