"I love guitar, riding skateboards and longboards, bikes, camping, skydiving, cooking great meals, anything that comes with a amazing experience. But my most satisfying experiences have come from my quest to learn anything and everything about the human body and human movement.
Helping others understand how to use their bodies effectively and efficiently to reach goals of weight loss, adding muscle, decreasing pain, along with injury prevention has been very rewarding and makes my training time worth while each day."
Aaron's passion for movement started at a young age with cycling. After competing as a professional cyclist in his early twenties he then went on to get his B.S. in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology. During this time he studied a unique style of training founded in dynamic movement, balance and nervous system stimulation based on the work of professional sports trainer Marv Marinovich. Aaron spent several years running a small personal training business in Santa Monica focused on neuromuscular training as well as play. He has since pursued deeper personal healing and spiritual work that has given him a more holistic understanding of health, leading him to study mind-body rehabilitation from injury and pain.
